Privacy policy

Real Estate Contractors Ltd ("we", "us") is a real estate developer based in Guelph, Ontario. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the option you choose under "I am a", and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the referring page, your browser type and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which pages and adverts bring enquiries.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to talk to you about our housing projects or investment opportunities you asked about, and to keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are stored with our database and email providers, who process them on our behalf and only to deliver this service. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Booking a call

The Book a call link opens our scheduling page on Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. Information you enter there is handled by Calendly and shared with us so we can hold the call.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use basic analytics and advertising measurement to understand visits and enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to answer you and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations, then delete them.
